First up in episode 1 is the lovely & talented Sarah Bray. Sarah has her own personal website but also runs A Small Nation. At some point in the podcast I mention this page on her site which I think is a very interesting way of drawing in your target audience and trying to filter in (and out!) the appropriate people.
