Events for the web industry

happening in Newport, South Wales

About

A Web Design Conference For Wales

I love web design events – I’ve been to Future of Web Design and Future of Web Apps numerous times and have come away really motivated and excited.

However, I don’t get to go very often (too busy working in the business rather than on the business) and the cost of events seems to spiral each year.

What About Wales?

I always guessed that a decent web event would come to South Wales – I mean, we’re not clueless here! (no comment please). Hell, we’re not *that* far from Bristol. But, sadly, an event never seemed to appear which meant it was up to me to step up to the plate and do it (here is the original blog post where I launched this).

Luckily a load of great people pitched in to help make sure that Port80 2012 was a roaring success so, we’re back again for more this year.

Port80 Events & Localhost

The current format of Port80 is one main event each year and then three other evening events called “Localhost“. See all upcoming events.

If you have any questions, please don’t hesitate to contact me.
